DESCRIPTION:It is with great pleasure that we\, the EC\, announce that the 
 Slotweekend (Closing Weekend) of 2020-2021 will take place the weekend of 
 17-18-19 September. The Slotweekend is an awesome weekend in which we will
  do a lot of fun and sportive activities together! For a good impression y
 ou can see last years pictures in our recently revived photo section: http
 s://www.stretchers.nl/members/pictures \n\nDuring the weekend we will be c
 amping in tents\, and we will cycle to the location\, so you need a bike. 
 We will leave campus at 17:30 on the friday (dinner not included) and will
  return around 16:00 on sunday. All the specifics in between are a secret\
 , but rest assured that you will not be bored. More details will be sent a
 s the weekend approaches.\n\nEven though it falls next academic year\, thi
 s activity is for everyone who was a member or donor this past year\, so y
 ou can sign-up even if you are no longer a member/donor next year. Please 
 sign-up as soon as you know you will join\, knowing how many people to exp
 ect is very useful. The official deadline\, however\, is the 6th of septem
 ber 23:59. The estimated costs for members are 40 euros.\n\nDo you have an

 p\, please put in the comment field any dietary wishes\, whether you can b
 ring a tent (or multiple) and if yes how many people it would fit.
