Tonight we’ll be dedicating to korfball. Instead of our regular two sports a training, we’ll focus on korfball, a sport we don’t do very often. This training will also be a little more technical, meaning there will be more instructions and exercises than usual. But playing is still the main goal and we’ll have a lot of fun!

Due to the good weather, we’ll be training outside, but we’ll gather at the main hall of the sportscentre. we’ll lead you on from there (to the baseballfield (honkbalveld)). so bring your outside shoes!

Also, bring your unioncard, we need that in order to use the outside field for free.
